Strong Qualities

Everyone has their own strong qualities, wheter you believe it or not. It can be difficult to name them, and most of the time you can only think of the things you aren't good at. I've always had trouble to say what was good about myself, and what my strong qualities are. I have found a test online and thought it would be fun to try it out. The test had plenty of questions, and were 16 pages. The test is Dutch, so I will translate my results the best I can. I've picked my 3 best results. Aardige mensen doen anderen makkelijk een plezier. Ze helpen graag, zorgen voor anderen en verrichten graag goede daden. Aardige mensen die zich als vrijwilliger opwerpen, zijn over het algemeen fysiek en mentaal gezonder. Voor ouderen schijnt vrijwilligerswerk zelfs levensverlengend te zijn.

Friendly people are doing favor to others easily. They like to help, care for others and perform good deeds. Kind people who volunteer, are generally physically and mentally healthier. For elderly people volunteering seems even life expanding.

Hmm, this one is very accurate. I always feel amazing when I'm able to help other people, and I'm always there when someone is in need. Taking care of people I love is something I do without hesitation. I also volunteer 4 days a week, which is great. Doing things like this really makes me feel happy.

Integere mensen zijn eerlijk en presenteren zichzelf op een authentieke manier. Ze zijn niet pretentieus en nemen verantwoordelijkheid voor hun gevoelens en daden. Ze hebben goede sociale relaties, zijn effectiever in hun leiderschap en gelukkiger in de liefde.

People of integrity are honest and present themselves in an authentic way. They are not pretentious and take responsibility for their feelings and actions.They have good social relationships, are more effective in their leadership and happier in love.

I'm not the type of person who would say I'm brave or having alot of courage. But I do know that I never easily give up. I can be persistent for the things I think are important. Though I think it takes courage to be fully yourself, and not letting other people decide how you have to be or to live.

Optimistische mensen verwachten het beste van de toekomst en werken eraan om dat ook te bereiken. Zij geloven dat een goede toekomst iets is wat je zelf tot stand kunt brengen. Ze hebben doorgaans weinig last van angst of depressie, hebben goede sociale relaties en een goede gezondheid.

Optimistic people expect the best for the future and working to achieve that. They believe that a good future is something that you can establish yourself . They usually have few problems with anxiety or depression, have good social relationships and good health.

I do have good expectations about the future, and it's good to be as optimistic as you can. Even when you're having a rough time, you should know it will become better in the future, as long as you believe it will be. But, you also have to work for that yourself, nothing happens by themselve. I may not be the best with my social skills, but I know I have improved over the years, and I hope to become better by not giving up and try my hardest.
